Select New Patient
3. CREATING A NEW PATIENT CHART
Complete the following fields:
Patient ID (MRN)
First name
Last Name
Date of Birth
4. SELECT MODEL MAKER
For implant consults, select the Model Maker.
Do not select "Status Scan"
