Biography:
I was born and raised in coastal North Carolina and studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, three daughters and dog. I like to cycle, run, hike, snowboard, and whitewater kayak. Our family are avid Manchester City fans. Professionally I enjoy practicing hospital based maxillofacial surgery and educating future physicians, dentists and surgeons about our field. I am an active faculty member of the Kaiser Permanente East Bay Residency Program in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry Department of Orthodontics as well as the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Alameda Health System, Highland Hospital. I maintain membership in multiple organizations including the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Academy of Craniomaxillofacial Surgery and the American Cleft Lip and Palate Association.
